Sled Reverse Flye
An exercise performed to strengthen the rear deltoids and upper back using a sled machine.
Instructions
- Stand facing the sled, with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold onto the sled handles with an overhand grip.
- With a slight bend in the elbows, pull the straps outward to the sides, squeezing the shoulder blades together.
- Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.

- Using too much weight, causing poor form.
- Failing to engage shoulder blades during the movement.
- Using momentum instead of controlled motion.
