Skating
A dynamic exercise to improve agility and cardiovascular endurance by imitating the motion of skating.
Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.
- Lean forward slightly, pushing off with your right foot to the left side.
- Land on your left foot, bending your knee and pushing off to return to the right.
- Continue alternating sides, increasing speed as desired.
- Maintain balance and coordination throughout the movement.

- Not lowering enough for proper balance.
- Failing to maintain a steady pace or rhythm.
- Not using arms effectively for balance.
- Leaning too far forward or backward.
