Instructions
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground.
- Cross your arms over your chest or place your hands behind your ears.
- Curl your upper body towards your knees, lifting your shoulders off the ground.
- Keep your lower back on the floor.
- Return to the starting position in a controlled manner.

- Pulling on the neck with the hands.
- Using momentum to complete the movement instead of core muscles.
- Not exhaling when curling up.
- Lifting the lower back off the floor.
