Single Cone Sprint Drill
A sprint exercise using a single cone to improve speed and agility.
Instructions
- Set up a single cone at your starting line.
- Stand in a ready position, about 3 feet behind the cone.
- Sprint forward to the cone as quickly as possible.
- Stop and return to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not maintaining proper sprint posture.
- Starting too close to the cone.
- Failing to stop effectively before the cone.
