Side To Side Box Shuffle

Instructions
- Begin by standing to the side of the box with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend your knees slightly and square your hips.
- Push off the ground and shuffle sideways over the box.
- Land softly on the other side, absorbing impact through your knees and hips.
- Repeat back and forth in a controlled motion.
