Side Laterals To Front Raise
A combination exercise targeting the shoulders, involving lateral and front raises.
Instructions
- Stand with a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
- Raise both arms simultaneously to the sides until they are parallel to the floor.
- Transition your arms forward to perform a front raise while keeping them parallel to the floor.
- Lower the weights back to the starting position at your sides.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight and compromising form.
- Swinging the weights instead of lifting them with control.
