Side Hop Sprint
A dynamic exercise combining lateral hopping and sprinting for agility and speed.
Instructions
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent.
- Hop sideways to the right, landing softly on your right foot.
- Immediately push off your right foot to hop sideways to the left.
- Continue alternating hops for a set distance or time.
- After finishing the hops, transition into a sprint for an additional set distance or time.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not landing softly causing impact on knees.
- Failing to maintain a consistent pace when transitioning into the sprint.
- Losing balance during the lateral hops.
