Shoulder Stretch

Instructions
- Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend right arm across the body, holding it with the left arm.
- Gently pull the right arm towards your chest to feel a stretch.
- Hold the stretch for about 30 seconds.
- Repeat with the other arm.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Holding breath while stretching.
- Overstretching the shoulder causing discomfort.
- Not keeping the rest of the body stable.
