Shoulder Raise

Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand with arms at your sides.
- Raise the dumbbells to shoulder height, keeping your elbows slightly bent.
- Lower the weights back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Raising weights too high, causing shoulder strain.
- Using too much weight, compromising form.
- Not keeping elbows slightly bent during the raise.
