Seated One Arm Cable Pulley Rows

Instructions
- Attach a single handle to a low pulley.
- Sit on the bench with your feet flat and grasp the handle with one hand.
- Keep your back straight and pull the handle towards your torso.
- Pause briefly when the handle is near your torso, then slowly return to the start position.
