Seated Dumbbell Press
Instructions
- Sit on a bench with back support.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height with an overhand grip.
- Press the dumbbells upward until your arms are fully extended.
- Pause at the top, then lower the weights back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Arching the back excessively.
- Using momentum to lift the weights.
- Not lowering the dumbbells to the full extent.
