Seated Barbell Twist
A twist exercise targeting the core muscles while seated on a bench.
Instructions
- Sit on a bench with your feet firmly placed on the ground.
- Hold a barbell with both hands and rest it on your shoulders.
- Engage your core and twist your torso to one side, keeping the bar parallel to the ground.
- Return to the center and then twist to the opposite side.
