Scissor Kick

Instructions
- Lie on your back with your legs straight and arms at your sides.
- Lift both legs off the ground slightly, keeping them straight.
- Alternately lift one leg higher than the other in a scissor motion, keeping your core engaged.
- Continue the motion, mimicking a scissor-like movement.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not keeping the core engaged causing strain on the lower back.
- Lifting the head or shoulders off the ground.
- Allowing the legs to drop to the floor between kicks.
- Holding breath instead of breathing naturally.
