Sandbag Load

Instructions
- Place the sandbag on the ground in front of you.
- Bend your knees and hips to squat and grab the sandbag handles.
- Keep your back straight and chest up as you lift the sandbag off the ground.
- Drive through your heels and extend your hips and knees to stand up.
- Load the sandbag onto a platform or designated height, using your legs and core for support.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Rounding the back while lifting the sandbag.
- Lifting with the arms instead of the legs and hips.
- Not engaging the core throughout the movement.
