A farmer's walk variation using a rickshaw-type implement.
Instructions
- Stand between the handles of the rickshaw.
- Bend at the hips and knees to grip the handles firmly.
- Lift the rickshaw by extending your hips and knees, keeping your back straight.
- Walk forward keeping the weight balanced and your back straight.
- Continue for the desired distance or time.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Rounding the back when lifting the rickshaw.
- Leaning too far forward while walking.
- Allowing the rickshaw to sway side to side.
