Reverse Hyperextension

Instructions
- Lie face down on a reverse hyperextension machine.
- Grab the handles for support.
- Raise your legs until they are in line with your torso.
- Hold for a second and then lower your legs back down.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Swinging the legs too fast.
- Arching the back excessively during the exercise.
