Reverse Grip Bent Over Rows
A compound exercise targeting the back muscles with a reverse grip.
Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend slightly at the knees and bend over from the waist.
- Hold the barbell with an underhand grip slightly wider than shoulder width.
- Pull the barbell towards your lower abs, keeping elbows close to the body.
- Hold for a moment at the top, squeezing your shoulder blades.
- Slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Rounding the back.
- Using momentum to lift the weight.
- Flaring elbows out to the sides instead of keeping them close to the body.
