Quick Leap

Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend your knees slightly and leap forward as fast as you can.
- Land softly on your feet and immediately jump forward again.
- Repeat the movement quickly for the desired number of reps.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not bending knees adequately before jumping, leading to less power.
- Landing with stiff knees, which can lead to injury.
- Jumping too slowly, defeating the purpose of 'quick' leaps.
