Quad Stretch

Instructions
- Stand upright and hold onto a surface for balance.
- Grab your right ankle and pull your heel towards your buttocks.
- Keep the knees close and the torso upright.
- Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds and switch legs.
- Repeat as necessary.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Arching the back too much during the stretch.
- Allowing the knee to flare outward.
- Not holding the stretch long enough.
- Bouncing instead of holding a steady position.
- Not standing straight and leaning forward.
