Perform pushups with varying hand positions to target different muscles.
Instructions
- Begin in a standard pushup position with your hands placed slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Keep your body straight from head to heels throughout the movement.
- Lower your chest to the floor by bending your elbows, keeping them at a 45-degree angle from your body.
- Push through your palms to return to the starting position.
- For close hand pushups, bring your hands closer together under your chest.
- Repeat the lowering and lifting motion.

- Allowing hips to sag or rise during the pushup
