Push Ups With Feet On An Exercise Ball
A variation of the classic push-up where the feet are placed on an exercise ball to increase difficulty and engage core stability.
Instructions
- Kneel on the floor and place an exercise ball behind you.
- Position yourself into a push-up position with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Carefully place your feet onto the exercise ball.
- Maintain a straight line from your head to your heels.
- Lower your chest towards the ground by bending your elbows.
- Press up through your palms to return to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Allowing hips to sag or raise too high.
- Flaring elbows out too wide.
- Losing balance and control of the movement.
- Not engaging the core and letting the midsection droop.
