Pullups
A vertical pull exercise working primarily the back and arms by lifting your body up towards a bar.
Instructions
- Grab the pull-up bar with your palms facing away from you and hands shoulder-width apart.
- Hang with your arms fully extended.
- Pull your body upward until your chin is above the bar.
- Lower yourself back to the starting position with control.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using momentum instead of muscle strength to lift the body.
- Not achieving full range of motion by stopping before the chin passes the bar.
- Bending the wrists backward instead of keeping them straight.
