Press Sit Up

Instructions
- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- Hold a weight with both hands against your chest.
- Perform a sit-up while pressing the weight above your head.
- Return to starting position and repeat.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using momentum to rise instead of core strength
- Arching the back excessively during the press
- Not fully extending the arms overhead
- Holding the breath during the movement
