Power Snatch From Blocks

Instructions
- Stand with feet hip-width apart and blocks set to desired height.
- Grip the barbell slightly wider than shoulder width.
- Engage core and lift the bar explosively by extending hips and knees.
- Keep bar close to the body and shrug shoulders at peak extension.
- Pull yourself under the bar and catch it overhead in a quarter-squat.
- Stand fully with the bar overhead to complete the lift.
