Instructions
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart and position a barbell at shoulder height.
- Grasp the bar with a shoulder-width grip and use your legs to drive the barbell overhead.
- Catch the bar overhead while dipping the knees and maintaining a stable foot position.
- Once the barbell is overhead, stand up straight to finish the lift.

- Not using enough leg drive to propel the bar overhead.
- Falling under the bar too slowly, resulting in an unstable catch.
