Plate Pinch

Instructions
- Select two weight plates of equal size and weight.
- Place the plates together, smooth side out.
- Pinch the plates between your thumb and fingers.
- Lift the plates off the ground, keeping your arm straight.
- Hold the pinch for the desired amount of time.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using the fingertips instead of the full finger surface to pinch.
- Bending the wrist instead of keeping it straight.
- Choosing plates that are too heavy, leading to poor form.
