Peroneals Stretch

Instructions
- Stand upright and place one foot behind the other.
- Keep the back leg straight with heel flat on the ground.
- Bend the front knee and lean forward until a stretch is felt in the back leg.
- Hold for 20-30 seconds, then switch legs.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Bending the back knee.
- Lifting the heel of the back foot off the ground.
- Not holding the stretch long enough.
- Leaning too far forward without proper balance.
