Palms Up Dumbbell Wrist Curl Over A Bench
An exercise targeting the forearms, performed with palms facing up.
Instructions
- Sit and hold a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing up.
- Rest forearms on a bench or your thighs, allowing wrists to extend over the edge.
- Curl wrists upwards to lift the dumbbells.
- Slowly lower back to start.
