Palms Up Barbell Wrist Curl Over A Bench

Instructions
- Place a barbell in front of a flat bench.
- Kneel on the floor or sit on the bench and place your wrists over the edge of the bench, palms up, holding the barbell.
- Curl your wrists upwards while keeping the rest of your arms stationary.
- Hold the contraction for a moment before slowly lowering the barbell back down.
