Overhead Triceps

Instructions
- Stand or sit with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell with both hands.
- Raise the dumbbell overhead until your arms are straight.
- Keep your upper arms close to your head and elbows in, then lower the dumbbell behind your head by bending your elbows.
- Return to the starting position by extending the elbows and repeat.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Flaring elbows out wide during the movement.
- Arching the back instead of keeping it straight.
- Using momentum to swing the weight instead of controlled motions.
