Overhead Stretch

Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Raise your arms above your head clasping your hands together.
- Stretch upwards while keeping your back straight.
- Hold for a few seconds and breathe evenly.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not keeping the back straight.
- Raising shoulders towards ears.
- Holding breath during the stretch.
