Overhead Slam
Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.
- Hold a medicine ball with both hands, and lift it overhead.
- Keeping your core engaged, slam the ball down onto the ground with force.
- Catch the ball as it rebounds, and return to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not engaging the core properly, leading to a loss of power.
- Rounding the back instead of keeping it straight during the slam.
- Not following through fully with the arms, decreasing effectiveness.
