Overhead Lat

Instructions
- Start with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended upwards.
- Grip the bar with palms facing forward.
- Slowly pull down until the bar is at chin level, squeezing the shoulder blades together.
- Gently return to starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight causing improper form.
- Not squeezing shoulder blades together.
- Leaning back excessively during the pull.
- Neglecting full range of motion.
