Overhead Cable Curl
An excellent bicep exercise focusing on enhancing the peak of your biceps.
Instructions
- Stand between two cable machines with the pulleys set at high position.
- Grab the handles with an underhand grip and arms extended outward.
- Curl the handles towards your head by flexing your elbows, keeping the upper arms stationary.
- Squeeze at the peak contraction, then slowly extend the arms back to starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight, leading to poor form.
- Swinging the body or using momentum.
- Not achieving full range of motion.
- Allowing the elbows to drop or move forward.
