Instructions
- Lie on your back with your legs straight and arms extended above your head.
- Lift your torso and legs simultaneously, reaching your hands towards your feet.
- Return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using momentum to swing up instead of controlled movement.
- Not engaging the core properly.
- Allowing the shoulders to lead instead of the core.
