One Leg Barbell Squat

Instructions
- Stand upright with feet together and barbell resting on shoulders.
- Lift left leg off the ground and squat with the right leg.
- Lower until the thigh is parallel to the ground.
- Push through the heel to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch legs.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Allowing knee to cave inward.
- Rounding the lower back.
- Leaning too far forward.
