One Knee To Chest
Stretching exercise focusing on the lower back and hamstrings.
Instructions
- Lie on your back with your legs extended.
- Bring one knee towards your chest.
- Hold the knee with both hands and gently pull it closer.
- Hold the stretch for a few seconds before switching legs.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Pulling the knee too hard causing discomfort.
- Not relaxing the muscles while stretching.
- Arching the back too much.
