Instructions
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold a kettlebell in one hand and raise it overhead, fully extending the arm.
- Keep the other arm relaxed at your side.
- Engage your core and keep your back straight.
- Lower yourself into a squat, keeping the kettlebell stable overhead.
- Drive through your heels to return to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Allowing the kettlebell to drift forward or backward during the squat.
- Rounding or arching the back.
- Not reaching sufficient squat depth.
- Letting knees collapse inward while squatting.
