One Arm Open Palm Kettlebell Clean
A kettlebell exercise to improve grip strength and power.
Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, kettlebell between feet.
- Bend at hips and knees, grip kettlebell with one hand, palm open.
- Explosively pull the kettlebell up by extending hips and legs.
- As the kettlebell reaches the top, rotate hand under it, keeping palm open.
- Catch the kettlebell on the outside of the forearm.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Gripping the kettlebell too tightly during the lift.
- Not using a full hip extension.
- Failing to rotate hand under the kettlebell smoothly.
