One Arm Kettlebell Floor Press

Instructions
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- Hold a kettlebell in one hand, arms extended upwards.
- Lower the kettlebell slowly towards your chest.
- Press the kettlebell back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Arching the back during the press.
- Allowing the elbow to flare out too much.
- Using too heavy of a kettlebell which could compromise form.
