Instructions
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand.
- Swing the kettlebell back between your legs, bending slightly at the knees.
- Drive through your legs and hips to thrust the kettlebell upwards near your chest.
- Rotate your wrist as the kettlebell rises, ending in a rack position at shoulder level.
- Keep your elbow close to your body and maintain a neutral wrist position.
- Reverse the motion to return to the starting position.
