One Arm Incline Lateral Raise

Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart near a bench set to an incline.
- Hold a dumbbell in one hand, letting it hang straight down.
- Raise your arm out to the side until it is parallel to the ground.
- Slowly lower back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too heavy weights leading to improper form.
- Not keeping the arm straight.
- Moving too quickly through the reps.
