One Arm High Pulley Cable Side Bends

Instructions
- Stand next to a high pulley machine, feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grip the handle with one hand, keeping your arm extended at your side.
- Bend your torso to the side, pulling the handle down as you bend.
- Return to the start position and repeat for desired reps.
- Switch sides and repeat.

- Bending the elbow instead of keeping the arm straight.
- Using momentum instead of controlled motion.
