One Arm Against Wall
A stretch exercise to open up the chest and shoulders using a wall for support.
Instructions
- Stand facing a wall.
- Extend one arm out to the side and place your palm on the wall.
- Slowly turn your body away from the wall to feel a stretch in your chest and shoulder.
- Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds.
- Repeat on the other side.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not keeping the arm straight during the stretch.
- Standing too far from the wall, reducing the effectiveness of the stretch.
- Rotating the body too quickly, leading to strain.
