- Gently pull your foot toward your buttocks, feeling a stretch in the quad.
- Hold the position for 20-30 seconds, then switch sides.

- Not keeping the knees stacked and letting the top knee drift forward.
- Arching the lower back instead of isolating the stretch to the quad.
