Olympic Squat

Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, barbell resting on upper back.
- Engage core and keep chest up while lowering down into a squat.
- Thighs should be parallel to the floor at the bottom of the squat.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not going deep enough with the squat.
- Letting knees cave inward while squatting.
- Rounding the back when rising from the squat.
