Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
- Keep your arms straight and pull your shoulder blades together, lifting the dumbbells slightly.
- Hold the contraction at the top for a moment, then slowly lower the dumbbells back.
