Medicine Ball Full Twist
A dynamic exercise targeting the abdominal muscles and obliques using a medicine ball.
Instructions
- Sit on the ground with your knees bent and feet flat.
- Hold a medicine ball with both hands in front of your chest.
- Lean back slightly while keeping your back straight.
- Twist your torso to the right and touch the ball to the ground beside your hip.
- Return to the center, then twist to the left and touch the ball to the ground beside your other hip.
- Repeat the movement, alternating sides.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Rounding the back instead of keeping it straight.
- Leaning too far back or sitting too upright.
- Moving too fast, compromising form.
- Not engaging the core muscles throughout the exercise.
