Machine Triceps Extension

Instructions
- Adjust the seat so the handles are aligned with your shoulders.
- Sit down and grip the handles firmly.
- Press the handles downwards by extending your elbows.
- Slowly return to the starting position without locking the elbows.

- Flaring the elbows outward instead of keeping them close to the body.
- Using momentum instead of controlled movement.
- Not adjusting the seat height properly.
