Machine Bicep Curl

Instructions
- Adjust the seat and choose your weight.
- Sit down and place your arms on the pad, gripping the handles.
- Curl the handles towards you, squeezing your biceps.
- Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight, causing improper form.
- Not fully extending the arms at the bottom of the movement.
- Using momentum to lift the weight instead of the biceps.
